Terms of Service

Welcome to VK Security Services. We are pleased to provide you with our comprehensive range of security solutions, including Security Personnel, Surveillance Systems, Event Security, and Mobile Patrols. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Client: The individual or organization engaging VK Security Services.
  • Service: Any service provided by VK Security Services, including Security Personnel, Surveillance Systems, Event Security, and Mobile Patrols.
  • Agreement: The contract between VK Security Services and the Client, incorporating these Terms of Service.

2. Services

VK Security Services provides the following main services:

  • Security Personnel: Professional security guards and officers for various assignments.
  • Surveillance Systems: Installation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
  • Event Security: Security planning and execution for events of all sizes.
  • Mobile Patrols: Regular or random patrols to ensure the safety and security of premises.

3. Service Agreement

  • Scope of Work: The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in a written agreement between VK Security Services and the Client.
  • Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Security of Your Information

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Surveillance footage and data are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Fees for services will be detailed in the service agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • Deposits and Refunds: Any required deposits will be outlined in the service agreement. Refund policies will also be specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access and Cooperation: The Client agrees to provide necessary access to premises and cooperate with VK Security Services personnel.
  • Information: The Client must provide accurate and complete information necessary for VK Security Services to perform its duties.
  • Compliance: The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the services provided.

6. VK Security Services Responsibilities

  • Professional Conduct: VK Security Services will perform its duties in a professional and competent manner.
  • Confidentiality: VK Security Services will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by the Client.
  • Compliance: VK Security Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Termination

  • Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement.
  • Termination by VK Security Services: VK Security Services may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to comply with these terms or any terms specified in the service agreement.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: VK Security Services’ liability for any claim arising out of this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VK Security Services from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the Client’s breach of these terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules

10. Miscellaneous

  • Amendments: These terms may be amended by VK Security Services from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between VK Security Services and the Client.
